Honey Chilli Potato – Guilt Free

Chilli Honey potato is an excellent starter for parties. Children and adults both will love the combination of tangy sweet and sour taste. No Chinese food lover will be able to say no to this Delicious finger licking honey chilli potatoes.

In this guilt free, easy to make, super tasty recipe, we have air fried the potatoes

 

Potato

Peeled them

Slice them like finger chips

Water

 

2 cups

 

Salt

 

1 tea spoon

 

 

  1. Boil around 2 glasses of water.
  2. After the water has boiled, add the sliced potato and salt.
  3. Leave for around 10 minutes

 

Oil

 

1 tea spoon

 

Salt

 

1 tea spoon

 

Black Pepper

 

½ tea spoon

 
 

Maida

3 table spoons

 
 

Dhaniya Patta

1 table spoon

Finely chopped

 

  1. Preheat the air-fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, add the oil, salt, black pepper, madia, dhania and the potato
  3. Mix well. Ensure the potatoes are sliced
  4. Grease the air fryer basket
  5. Add mixture to the basket and air fry for 20 minutes

Soya Sauce

 

1 table spoon

 

Butter

 

2 table spoon

 

Garlic

 

7 to 8

Finely chopped

Hiney

 

3 table spoon

 

Red Chilli Flakes

 

1 table spoon

 

Salt

 

1 tea spoon

 

Black Pepper

 

½ tea spoon

 

Tomato Ketchuo

 

4 table spoons

 

 

  1. In a pan, add all the ingredients.
  2. Heat for 2 minutes

Mix the air fried potatoes and the sauce

Enjoy as an Appetizer
